About Profinity

Profinity was founded in 2006 with the intention of providing consumers discounted programs by way of their b2b partners. Up through mid-year 2009 the company grew 10-fold, becoming an important player in the online post transaction and call center markets. However, in 2009 the combination of redirecting our marketing solutions combined with credit card association and congressional actions presented an opportunity for Profinity to immediately launch a suite of entirely compliant card-not-present solutions.

Today our card-not-present marketing solutions are converting at or near the levels of previous card on file solutions that had been available over the past 10 years. Additionally, our robust consumer discounted programs offer consumers enormous price breaks on things like road and tow, shopping, dining, ID theft and more.

Officers

Martin Toha, CEO

Prior to the start of Upsell, Mr. Toha founded The Server Admin Company, a successful technology development company for e-merchants and services to support many other back-end applications. Besides his executive responsibilities, he has also been actively involved in technological developments for years.

In November, 2006, Mr. Toha entered the post-transaction marketplace with the founding of Profinity. In 18 months, the company developed dozens of marketing partner relationships. Through the success and opportunities that the Profinity operation has provided, Upsell, LLC, was created.

In addition to these successful ventures Mr. Toha established Voip.com, a C2C and C2B voice-over IP telecommunications company.

 

Mark Beacham, President

Mr. Beacham joined Profinity in 2009 to help provide company direction based on industry and consumer changes and trends. As President, Mark is also responsible for staffing, product feedback and oversees an integrated team of Sales and Account Management professionals. Mr. Beacham has overall responsibility for the Company's revenue generation activities and client relationship and brings 23 years of sales and sales management experience with a concentration in the recurring revenue model (subscription and membership). Prior to joining Profinity, Mr. Beacham served in several executive positions, most notably at Affinion Group. In his executive sales role there he launched the online division and helped scale the sales and account management teams to support the several million members that resulted in his efforts. Earlier in his career, Mr. Beacham was instrumental in growing the OEM and sales channels for Prodigy Communications. Prodigy went public and at the time was one of the most successful IPO's in history resulting in a $4b market cap at its peak. Mark began understanding the recurring revenue model early in his career where he started an ISP business in Connecticut. He later sold that business.

Mr. Beacham holds a BBA in Marketing and MIS from Western Connecticut State University and a MBA from the University of Connecticut.
